Store Policies

1.1 Return  of the product
it is necessary to communicate the withdrawal of the purchase within 7 (seven) days after receiving the goods, which must be returned to our Distribution Center. Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount paid by the customer. The TΔ store will not accept returns with a refund after the purchase withdrawal period, which is up to 7 (seven) days from receipt of the order.
ATTENTION: The product that does not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as a return and will automatically be sent back to the address of origin. Under these conditions, the TΔ store will reserve the right to make a new freight charge.
1.2 Product exchange

It is understood Exchange for "same product" for different numbering/size. The cost of shipping the product in the first exchange of the order, is on account of the TΔ Store. exchange of goods

2. Conditions of the product for exchange or return.
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by the manuals, accessories and invoice. All returned products undergo a Quality Control analysis upon arrival at our Distribution Center, which may take up to five working days. The desired product for exchange and/or refund of the amount paid if the model or part is no longer in stock, will only be released after approval by our Quality Control. If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified (indication of use), we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior notice.

2.1 Product defect analysis
The defect assessment will be carried out by our quality control and suppliers, from whom we will receive the final report of the exchange order.
Average completion time: 30 (thirty) working days after receiving the product.

2.2 Report Favorable to the exchange
The customer will receive, at the original address, at no additional cost, a replacement for the same product. In the absence of the same model in stock, the customer will be notified and will be able to choose another model to exchange, among the existing options on the site, respecting the credit limit value. If it is not possible to locate the customer, a bonus in the purchase price will be credited with the original freight to the customer's account on the website, allowing him to make a new purchase at the store.

2.3 Report Against the Exchange
The product will be returned to the customer with the rejection letter / report, with no replacement right.

2.4 Disapproval items:
1-Absence of defect (no finding of damage pointed out by the customer).
2-Signs of improper use of the product.
3-Evidence of accidental damage.
4-Natural wear and tear as a result of use.
5-Inadequate washing of the product.
Note: There will be no return shipping.
